SUMMARY:

Provides support, data collection and reporting of quality outcomes within the Quality Department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:                  Bachelor's degree in mental health related field or equivalent experience preferred. 

Licensure:                   N/A 

Certification:              N/A 

Experience:                 Experience in clinical process and data collection and formatting. 

Knowledge/Skills:      Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations.

                                    Verbal/written communication skills.

                                    Proficient at Excel and Word.                                 

EQUIPMENT:

Computer, fax, copier and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the position.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work within the quality management department to collect, process and prepare various outcome information for presentation.
  2. Review data collected for accuracy and work within Frontier Health programs to strengthen the reliability and validity of quality related data
  3. Collect and maintain the data collection and reporting system for incident management.
  4. Assist with maintaining validity of final output of transmissions of data to sources outside of Frontier Health (NOMS data).
  5. Coordinates with Quality Director to collect and process raw data for various program's consumer satisfaction.
  6. Assist with tasks needed to maintain compliance with CMS value based or incentive programs (MIPS, MU).
  7. Assist with ongoing development, implementation, and successful compliance with applicable CARF, state licensure, health and safety, and other agency policies and procedures.
  8. Keep the Quality Director apprised of both potential problem areas and outstanding performance related to data collected.
  9. Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and inservices and individual program planning staffings as needed.
  10. Maintain tracking methods related to national, state or local quality measures. Assist with compliance plans related to improving performance on measures.
  11. All other duties as assigned.
