Provides operational oversight to facility which includes processes for patient workflow, operational efficiencies, building needs and capital improvements, customer service and overall functionally of the facility. Has strong interpersonal and interdepartmental skills to facilitate discussions that lead to positive improvements. Reviews access, scheduling and patient reports to assist in decreasing barriers to care. Ensures compliance with government and licensure guidelines.


Education: Bachelor's degree business administration.

Licensure: N/A

Experience: Experience in practice management, leadership and Electronic Health Record/Scheduling and trending reports


Possess excellent interpersonal communication, judgement and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams

Advance proficiency in excel and other report software

Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations

Ability to represent service continuum and Frontier Health effectively in varied situations


Computer, fax, copier and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the position.


  1. Facilitating and encouraging improvement efforts alongside team members
  2. Establishing daily processes that provide the team flexibility to perform as effectively as possible.
  3. Maintains a safe work environment by identifying and correcting potentially unsafe conditions and work practices.
  4. Maintains a positive working climate within and across departmental functions.
  5. Work with Clinical Coordinators to address barriers to patient care.


  1. Maintains current knowledge of best practices in patient flow, customer service trends and efficiencies.
  2. Gathers and reviews pertinent data to coordinate with clinical leadership to make improvements to patient care
  3. Responsible for the development of patient-centric flows throughout facility. Coordinates any changes with leadership.
  4. Facilitates monthly HUB meetings to coordinate workflow, patient flow, environment of care reports, facility safety issues, and customer service improvements.
  5. Ensures compliance of building licensure and CARF requirements
  6. Communicates clearly and efficiently across departments.
  7. Assures that facility teams are following all state, payer source and CARF regulations and requirements.
  8. Attends and participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services and individual program planning meetings as needed.
  9. Advise leadership related to major concerns that come up that are not addresses timely
  10. All other duties as assigned.
